What is a sticker sheet
One sheet contains multiple designs side by side, each cut precisely to its shape. The blade only cuts the top vinyl while the backing paper remains intact, so the sheet stays together and the customer peels off individual stickers one by one. This is called a kiss-cut and is the standard for stickers sold as retail goods.
Perfect for situations where individual pieces would be impractical: illustrators and creators selling sets, e-shops with merch, gift packaging, name tags, and product labeling. A single sheet is easy to send in an envelope and feels like a finished product, not just a handful of loose stickers.
How to set up your sheet
First, specify how many stickers will be on the sheet. Up to four cuts is the base price; for five to eight, we add 5%, for nine to twelve 10%, and for thirteen to twenty-five 25%. Then choose the foil, lamination, sheet size, and quantity—the price updates instantly below the form.
Choose from 100 x 70 mm, DL 99 x 210 mm, A6, A5, and A4 sheets. If you need a different size, enter your own width and height from 40 to 900 mm. The same applies to the number of sheets—either use a preset or enter your own number, minimum ten sheets.
You can arrange the motifs on the sheet yourself in your artwork, or send us individual designs and we will lay them out for you. We recommend leaving an unprinted margin of at least 6 mm for gripping the sheet, and 3 to 4 mm between motifs for easy peeling.
Materials and finish
We print on the same vinyls as individual stickers — white glossy and matte, transparent, chrome, holographic, and glitter. For transparent and metallic types, we automatically print white ink under the design to ensure vibrant colors.
Lamination is optional. For sheets intended for retail, we always recommend it — it protects the print against abrasion during handling and against fading. Glossy deepens colors, while matte is more pleasant to the touch.
How to prepare your files
We work best with vectors — PDF, AI, EPS, or SVG. Convert text to outlines. If you have a bitmap, send a PNG or JPG at at least 300 dpi at actual size; for PNGs with a transparent background, we will create the outline ourselves.
You can send us either a single design which we will duplicate on the sheet, or a finished sheet layout. Let us know in the notes which one you are sending. You will always receive a proof for approval before printing.
FAQ
Can I have different designs on one sheet?
Yes, that is the most common use for sheets. Send us the sheet layout or individual motifs and we will arrange them. The price depends on the number of cuts per sheet, sheet size, and quantity—not on how many different motifs are included.
How do stickers peel off the sheet?
Use a fingernail at the edge of the design. The cut only goes through the vinyl and adhesive, leaving the backing untouched, so the sheet won’t fall apart even after half the pieces are removed.
What is the smallest design size on a sheet?
About 1.5 cm. Smaller pieces are difficult to peel and the plotter begins to lose detail.
Will the sheets last outdoors?
The stickers themselves will; with lamination, we expect an outdoor lifespan of 3 to 5 years. However, the sheet as a whole is intended for dry storage, not for outdoor application.
What is the minimum order?
Ten sheets per design. For larger quantities, the price per sheet drops significantly as setup costs are absorbed into the volume.
How long does production take?
Delivery time is within a few business days, depending on current stock and production load. If you need a specific date, send an inquiry or call us at +420 469 811 991.
