Flyer printing from 25 pieces
We print flyers digitally on the Xerox Versant 3100 production press. This makes even small runs cost-effective – we print 25 pieces as readily as five thousand. Everything is printed on large SRA3 sheets and trimmed to the finished size at the end, so you don’t pay extra for paper or trimming: the amount in the calculator is the final price excluding VAT.
We fill the unused rest of the last sheet for free. If you order 25 A6 flyers, we’ll produce 32 – they’re already printed anyway.
Flyer formats
- A6 – 105 × 148 mm – cheapest format for mailboxes and counters
- DL – 99 × 210 mm – fits in envelopes and desk stands
- A5 – 148 × 210 mm – most common promotional flyer format
- A4 – 210 × 297 mm – price lists, menus, info sheets
- A3 – 297 × 420 mm – poster for shop windows or notice boards

Paper types
Choose from eight materials; paper is always calculated per full SRA3 sheet:
- 80g white offset paper – mailbox flyers, lowest price
- 115g, 130g, and 170g gloss or matte coated – classic promotional flyers
- 200g, 250g, 300g, and 350g gloss or matte coated – thicker flyers, tickets, cards, and posters
Color options
The first number indicates the front, the second the back. Four means full-color (CMYK), one means black and white.
- 4/4 – double-sided color
- 4/0 – single-sided color
- 1/1 – double-sided B&W
- 1/0 – single-sided B&W
How to prepare print data
Send PDFs at 1:1 scale, in CMYK color space, with image resolution of at least 300 dpi. Include a 3mm bleed and keep important elements 3mm from the edge to avoid trimming issues. After selecting a format, you can download a PDF print template directly from the calculator showing the bleed and safe zone.

Delivery time and shipping
You can adjust production based on how much you’re in a hurry. Standard means ready in 3–4 business days, Express in 1–2 business days, and the No rush option with a 5–10 business day lead time will reduce the price. The calculator automatically computes the difference, and you’ll see it immediately.
We ship finished orders via PPL, DPD, or Zásilkovna, or you can pick them up in person at our facility in Skuteč.
FAQ
What is the minimum order?
25 pieces. For small orders, a minimum order price of 200 CZK excluding VAT applies.
How much does A5 flyer printing cost?
The price is calculated by the tool above based on format, quantity, color, and paper. For example, 500 single-sided color A5 flyers on 115g coated paper costs 1,297.50 CZK excluding VAT, which is 2.60 CZK per piece.
How long does it take to print the flyers?
Standard turnaround is 3–4 business days. If you’re in a hurry, select Express under Delivery Time in the calculator – ready in 1–2 business days. If you have time, the No rush option with a 5–10 business day lead time will reduce the price.
Which paper should I choose?
For mailbox flyers, 80g offset or 115g coated is sufficient. A flyer meant to last in hand suits 170–250g coated. For posters and cards, 300g or 350g is ideal.
